Race Committee and Hospitality

Mow the clubhouse lawn to keep things looking maintained. BYOM (bring your own mower, until I can buy a gas one). Quick job—about 30–45 minutes. Repeat every 2 weeks as needed.

Fix drainage on the west side of the clubhouse to prevent flooding in the men’s room and southwest corner. Scope includes installing a French drain to route water toward the lake and adding a gutter on the west roofline to control runoff. Work with Port Captain. Supplies to be provided. Shouldn't take more than 4 hours.

Help inspect and repack wheel bearings on club boat trailers. This hasn’t been done in 3+ years, so we need to work through ~6 trailers over time. Not urgent, but should be completed this season.

Repack trailer wheel bearings:

• Inspect and service bearings on ~6 club trailers
• Routine maintenance (overdue by 3+ years)
• Goal: complete across the season
