Annual Meeting & Dinner 2021
Place: Bridgeway Lakes Boathouse
3650 Southport Pkwy, West Sacramento
Thursday November 18 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
Dinner by Hannibal’s Catering
The Annual Meeting is where we celebrate the year, elect officers, and socialize with fellow sailors. This year we reserved a beautiful venue, the Boathouse, which has a spacious patio area. Our room opens to the patio via double doors. Masks are required indoors unless you are eating or drinking.
The party will be a collective effort, as the Boathouse doesn’t provide staff to set up, clean up, or serve. LWSC members who volunteer to fill those roles will be on duty for only about an hour each if we get enough hands. The event on the Calendar will outline the job slots we need to fill. Hannibal’s Catering is preparing the dinner.
All members of Lake Washington Sailing Club who are vaccinated or can show proof of a negative Covid 19 test in the previous 72 hours may attend.
“Members” include the person who holds the primary membership account, plus secondary and tertiary members on the account.
There will be a Raffle. Please bring cash to purchase Raffle tickets at $1.00 each and $5.00 for six tickets. Race awards will be given. “Frog Awards” will go to those willing to tell stories of their sailing mis-haps. The election results will be available at 8:00.
Dinner costs 24.00 per person. Please respond by November 14. Below you can make your dinner choice and pay for it online.
